Supported formats and cameras
Selekt imports both standard image files and camera RAW files, and decodes RAW with LibRaw, which supports 400+ camera models.

Fujifilm X-Trans sensors are demosaiced with the Markesteijn algorithm. If a full sensor decode is not possible for a file, Selekt falls back to the RAW's embedded JPEG so you still see the frame. See JPG and RAW for how decoding is triggered.
Standard image formats
Section titled “Standard image formats”Selekt also imports JPG (and JPEG), TIFF (and TIF), PNG, and HEIC (and HEIF).
Camera support
Section titled “Camera support”Because RAW decoding uses LibRaw, most current and recent cameras from the brands above are supported, even models newer than this list. If a file will not decode, Selekt still imports it using its embedded preview.
