Quickview and loupe
Culling fast still means checking the frames that matter. Selekt gives you two ways to look closer without leaving the keyboard.
Quickview
Section titled “Quickview”Press Space on any frame to open Quickview, a fullscreen preview like macOS Quick Look. It sits on a dark backdrop with the filename and cull status at the top.
From Quickview you can keep working:

Loupe mode: true 100% zoom
Section titled “Loupe mode: true 100% zoom”To check critical focus, click the image to enter loupe mode. This shows the photo at a true 100% (one image pixel to one screen pixel), loaded from the original file so nothing is softened by scaling.
- Drag to pan around the frame.
- The arrow keys (or
HJKL) pan while you are zoomed in, instead of changing frames. - Click again or press
Escapeto exit loupe mode.
Loupe works both in Quickview and in the preview panel next to the grid.
